How often should you see each other when you first start dating?

He told Bravo TV, "It's important to stick to twice a week only so that you have plenty of time away from your new date to give your deepest feelings time to percolate up from your subconscious. "These deep feeling are important because they will help you see any issues or problems with your new love interest."

Unless you're incredibly lucky and/or have magical powers, finding someone you actually like enough to hang out with (and sleep with) regularly can be pretty hard. So, when you finally realise you actually, kinda, want to see someone again, knowing what to do next can be confusing af.

It's really easy when you're having great sex and a giant laugh, to fall into the routine of spending every waking hour with that person. But how healthy is that, really? Because while you're having a bloody good time, should you really be investing all this time (and probably neglecting your pals/family in the process) on someone you've just met?

While I've always been a firm believer in just doing what feels right, and going with it as long as you're happy, some people reckon that's probably a bad idea... Psychiatrist and author Scott Carroll says there is a rule as to how often you should hang out with someone new you're dating that you'd be wise to follow. He told Bravo TV, "It’s important to stick to twice a week only so that you have plenty of time away from your new date to give your deepest feelings time to percolate up from your subconscious. "These deep feeling are important because they will help you see any issues or problems with your new love interest." I mean, that does make sense if you want to be 'sensible' but what if you just want to go with the flow? He says hanging out with someone 'too much' at the beginning could cause one partner to get over-excited which could in turn, cause the other to freak out and break things off. "You don’t have to see someone daily, but seeing them at least once during the week and another night over the weekend keeps things moving forward," Carroll continues. And, seeing someone less than that can also have a negative effect he reckons."If you only see someone once every couple of weeks, it's almost like starting all over again from the beginning on each date." By all means follow this guy's advice, he is a psychiatrist after all. But with relationships it's often about your gut instinct, and what feels right for you.

What is the triangle trick kissing?

When you're ready to be kissed, show (don't tell) him. It's all about the eye contact. First, look into one of his eyes, then the other and finally, look at his lips and back to his eyes. (You're literally making a triangle shape, thus the apropos name.) Keep it slow and seductive, and add a gentle stroke of his arm.

Ladies, if you're ready for him to kiss you but don't want to say it with words, I present you with the Triangle Method (Gena, are you listening?).

That moment before the first kiss can be oh-so-bumbling-awkward. You're not sure if he's going to, but you want him to, so you just stand there and um...wait? Nope, he probably needs a little more of an invite than that. But if you don't want to come straight out and ask him, try this: First-base expert and Ultimate Wing Girl Marni Kinrys has a foolproof method and it involves your peepers. If he doesn't get the clue the first time around, don't worry, you can try it again later and add a little bite of your lip. (Hey, it seemed to work wonders for Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades!)

Would you try this move? How do you let a guy know you're ready for a lip-lock?

Forget hugs, let's kiss it out:
